Katie Dewar, PT, DPT, PRPC, of Method Physical Therapy will be offering information on pelvic floor health and anatomy—Exploring the vital role the pelvic floor plays in sex, exercise, and overall wellness. We will discuss tips/tricks to empower you to celebrate your body and enhance your understanding of this essential aspect of health.
Then Kayla Ortiz will guide us in tapping into our own creativity in a beginner friendly vulva inspired silversmithing class.
La Donna Charcuterie will be providing small picnic style boats with artisanal items per person.
Everyone will be arriving at 1 PM. Please arrive on time and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Attend our 4 hour workshop and create your very own ring, pendant, or keychain. Within this special curated class, your ticket will include admission to the wellness talk, silversmithing instruction, and all the tools/supplies needed to bring your piece to life, and a small personal charcuterie board.
